Al Slade / Owner
Al spent 24 years as a machinist and eventually CNC Coordinator at a large engineering company. His experience on the shop floor gives us an advantage in training and quality control as he continues to supervise and work with our machinists. Since founding S & S, Al has grown in his design and programming skills and writes and modifies programs for all of our CNC mills and lathes.

Jeff Slade / Owner
Jeff earned a BA in General Industry and Tech Management and then spent 5 years in sales and purchasing at two of the country's largest fastener distributors. Jeff saw an industry need for a mid volume, per print CNC shop that was devoted to accuracy and consistency and convinced his dad to go into business with him. His experience on both the machining and purchasing side of the industry give him a unique perspective on customer solutions.
